Conditions of Use

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly indicates otherwise:

• "luck44" / "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at luck44.onl, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, accounts, wallets, and gaming products.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a luck44 account and accepted these Terms in order to access real-money gaming features.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player on luck44, used to access the Platform, hold a PKR wallet balance, and engage in betting or casino activity.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins credit, or matched deposit credit allocated to a Player's account in connection with a luck44 promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player from their own PKR source (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, or USDT TRC20 equivalent), as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by luck44 before withdrawals are processed, typically involving submission of CNIC documentation.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products, features, and functions available on luck44, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots, table games, and the cashier.

To register and use a luck44 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. luck44 enforces a strict 21+ policy and does not knowingly permit underage individuals to open or maintain an account.
• You must be an individual natural person. Corporations, trusts, foundations, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold a Player account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any court order or legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you may not use luck44.
• You must not be a self-excluded individual. If you have previously activated a self-exclusion on luck44 or any connected platform, you are not eligible to create a new account during the exclusion period.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false details — including a false date of birth or fabricated CNIC — is a serious breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination.
• You may hold only one (1) luck44 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, luck44 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your luck44 account. The following obligations apply at all times:

• Credential security: You must keep your luck44 login credentials — mobile number, password, and 2FA codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify luck44 immediately via live chat if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. luck44 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Accurate information: You must keep your registered account information — including your mobile number and bank account details — current and accurate. Outdated information may delay withdrawals or prevent account recovery.
• Own funds only: You must only deposit funds that you legally own. You must not use credit obtained from any third party, including credit cards, for the purpose of gambling on luck44.
• Personal use only: Your luck44 account is for your own personal use exclusively. You may not allow any other person to use your account, and you may not use another person's account.

All financial transactions on luck44 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals are subject to the following additional conditions:

• KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed CNIC-based identity verification cannot initiate a withdrawal request.
• Bonus fund restrictions: Withdrawal requests that include Bonus Funds will only be processed once applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw unconverted Bonus Funds will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Withdrawal to own account only: Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension pending investigation.

luck44 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions communicated at the point of opt-in:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players in good standing. luck44 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, the specific multiple of which is stated per promotion. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 45x depending on the promotion type.
• Bonus Funds and free spins have a defined expiry window. Unused Bonus Funds that reach their expiry date will be automatically forfeited from the account without notice.
• Minimum odds restrictions apply to sportsbook bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Circumventing this restriction by opening duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• luck44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and are actively progressing through a wagering requirement will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the luck44 sportsbook and all bets placed on casino games including live dealer tables, slots, and table games:

• A bet is confirmed when accepted by the luck44 system and a confirmation reference is issued. Until confirmation, no bet obligation exists on either party.
• luck44 reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend odds in the event of an obvious error — including pricing errors, data feed errors, or manifest mistakes in offered markets.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at luck44's discretion, particularly around significant match events. Bets placed during a suspension are not accepted and will be refunded.
• Maximum winnings per bet, per day, or per event may apply across different product categories. Applicable limits are displayed within each product's specific rules section.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round — including live casino disconnection or sportsbook system outage — luck44's technical logs are the definitive record. Where a round cannot be completed, stakes are returned.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on luck44 and may result in account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting forged KYC documents, or misrepresenting your eligibility in any way.
• Money laundering: Using luck44 to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of unlawfully obtained money. All transactions are subject to AML screening.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with luck44's games, sportsbook, or promotional systems in a manner that is not consistent with genuine human gameplay.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or match manipulation in sports betting markets.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any other payment provider after funds have been credited to a luck44 account and wagered. Frivolous chargebacks will be countered with evidence of the underlying transaction.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, malfunctions, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from a known or suspected system error are void.

All content on luck44.onl — including but not limited to the luck44 brand name, logo, interface design, game assets, text, graphics, promotional materials, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of luck44 or its respective content licensors. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luck44 platform for your own personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the luck44 platform or its content without prior written authorisation from luck44.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective suppliers. luck44 does not grant any rights over third-party supplier content beyond what is necessary for the direct enjoyment of those games on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, luck44 shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings arising from any system downtime, technical error, or interruption to the Service;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of foreseeability;
• Loss of data or account content arising from circumstances outside luck44's reasonable control;
• Delays in withdrawals or deposits caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank infrastructure downtime;
• Any losses arising from a Player's use of a shared or unsecured device, network, or communication channel;
• Any losses arising from circumstances of force majeure, including acts of God, government action, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failure affecting connectivity within Pakistan.

luck44 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

luck44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose;
• Detection of duplicate or multiple accounts held by the same individual;
• Confirmation that the registered account holder is under 21 years of age;
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure submitted via live chat support.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, luck44 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds, pending the outcome of any internal investigation. Where termination is not due to a breach, the verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luck44 holds its international gaming licence. luck44 operates as an internationally licensed gaming operator and does not represent that its services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside of its licensing territory.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the result of a sporting event, or the settlement of a bet, luck44's internal records — including server-side game logs and transaction records — shall be the definitive source of truth. Continued use of the luck44 platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining Real Money Balance.

Minor corrections — including typographical fixes, formatting changes, and clarifications that do not materially alter Player rights or obligations — may be made without specific advance notification.
